Cancellation Policy
Deposits and Cancelations: Deposits are required at the time of booking and are for the purpose of securing your desired appointment time. All deposits are non-refundable and will be credited towards your final bill. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the start of your appointment time will be subject to a cancelation fee of 50% of the dollar amount of remaining balance of the total of services booked, less deposit amount. This process is automatic and non-negotiable. Thank you for your understanding.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be canceled (see cancelation policy). Alternatively, if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time and you receive a partial service, you may be charged for the remainder of the balance of your originally booked services. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the dollar amount of total services booked.
